Data collected
- "Request a proposal" form: name and position, organisation, e-mail, country, type of engagement and description of your needs.
- Registration and order form: your choice, format, name, WhatsApp number, e-mail, country, organisation, intended payment method and message.
- Newsletter: your e-mail address, stored with our mailing provider Brevo.
- WhatsApp and e-mail: the messages you choose to send.
This website uses no advertising cookies or advertising trackers. Audience measurement, when enabled, uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and does not track individual visitors.
Purpose
This data is used only to answer your requests, prepare a proposal, organise a course or consultation, and send you analyses if you have subscribed. It is never sold or passed on to third parties.
Storage and retention
Form submissions are received and stored through the host Netlify; newsletter subscriptions through Brevo. Requests are kept for as long as needed to handle your matter, then for at most 3 years after the last exchange. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, its correction or deletion, and unsubscribe at any time, by writing to tchemowo@gmail.com. These rights are exercised in accordance with the personal data protection rules applicable in Gabon and Cameroon.
